The Empress Premier Chiang Mai - Sha Extra Plus Hotel, Chiang Mai

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The rooms were not only spacious but also incredibly well equipped with high-tech features like touchscreen lights and air-conditioning. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised with a huge bag of goodies containing juices, pralines, cookies, and chips. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, although it lacked a bit of coziness. Everything felt so fresh, it was like stepping into a brand-new space.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a lovely Thai influence, spacious, and impeccably clean. The service was beyond amazing, with staff going above and beyond to assist me, including arranging a car and accompanying me to the hospital. The location was perfect, close to attractions and a street food market, and the dining experience was top-notch. The hotel facilities were outstanding overall.
